1-1/2 C. salt (Morton's iodized)
2 c. hot tap water
4-5 cups Gold Medal all purpose sifted flour

Salt and water in bowl, leave until lukewarm.
Add flour
Knead well (10 minutes)

Use foil - dull side

Directions:
Directions:
Bake on foil 250 degrees for 3 hours.

Hit with spoon to check for doneness. Will sound hard.

Dough can be refrigerated up to one week. But be sure to knead again.
