1 c Brown Sugar
3 Eggs
1/2 c Evaporated Milk
3 c Cake Flour
1 tsp Soda
1/2 lb Butter
6 c Pecans
1 lb Candied Cherries
1 lb Candied Pineapple
1 lb Raisins
1 lb Pitted Dates

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar & butter. Add eggs one at a time. Add cream, soda & flour (saving 1 cup flour to dredge fruit & nuts). After dredging fruit and nuts, pour batter over same. Drop by tbsp onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300º for 30 minutes.
