1 lb. lean pork or chicken (hamburger may be used)
2 c. hot water
2 c. diced celery
1 - 4 oz. can mushrooms (optional)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 large can bean sprouts, drained
2 T. soy sauce
2 T. corn starch
3 T. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, add hot water, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add celery, onion, bean sprouts, and mushrooms; simmer 10 minutes. Combine soy sauce and corn starch, add to cold water. Add to meat mixture and cook until thickened. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
