1 c. brown sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. half and half
¼ tsp. salt
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bring above ingredients to boiling until mixture reaches 245 (it should form a rather firm ball when a little is dropped into cold water.) Dip each apple into caramel mixture; if syrup becomes too thick, add a little cream to get the right consistency.
