2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs
2 cups self rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups sliced apples
1 cup nuts

Icing:
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick margarine
1/4 cup canned milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and bake at 350º for 40 minutes. Bring ingredients for icing to a boil and cook for 2 1/2 minutes. Pour over a warm cake.
