3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
3 cups plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3 cups chopped apples
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 tsp. apple pie spice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350º for 45 minutes in a rectangular pan.

Glaze:
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick margarine
1/3 cup canned milk

Bring to a boil for 2 minutes and pour over hot cake.
