Ingredients: 1 roasting pan an oven 1 ziploc bag large size 4 dozen chicken wings 1 small bottle of franks hot sauce 2 bottles of sweet bbq sauce 1 bottle blue cheese several stalks celery

Directions:©before you began.... warm up the broiler. this is the most important step. because you want your environment ready for your food... Take the wings and place them in baggie... add the hot sauce. close the baggie and toss the wings until the wings are coated well... empty the wings into the roasted pan.. slide into the broiler let them broiler 15 min...take another roasting pan and pour 1 bottle of bbq sauce on the bottem of the pan place wings down on it and add the other bottle of bbq.... turn broiler off and turn the oven on 400 and bake for 30 min...there is no such thing as to much bbq sauce....check them half way though cooking time them and then turn them and finish cooking them.... serve them with blue cheese and celery and enjoy |
