Meatballs:
3 lbs ground beef
1 egg
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup bread or cracker crumbs
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup onions
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chili powder

Sauce:
2 cups ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup onion

Directions:
Directions:
To make meatballs: combine all ingredients and shape into small balls.

To make sauce: combine ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved.

Place meatballs in a 9x13 inch cake pan and cover with sauce. Bake at 350º for about 1 hour.
