1 quart milk
2 packages yeast
1/4 cup water
1 tsp sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
4 tsp salt
1 cup oil
11 cups flour, apprx.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 1 quart of milk and cool to luke warm. In a separate bowl, dissolve 2 packages of yeast in 1/4 cup water and 1 tsp of sugar. Let rise to a full cup. Place milk mixture in a large bowl and add eggs, 1 cup sugar, salt, oil and yeast mixture. Add approximately 11 cups of flour to make a soft dough. Kneed about 10 minutes. Let rise until doubled, about 1 hour, punch down, let rise again and form buns and let rise.

Bake at 350º for 10 to 12 minutes.
