1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 lb flake coconut
1 tsp vanilla
2 packages strawberry jello
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix condensed milk, coconut, vanilla, powdered sugar and 1 package of jello. Add red food coloring if desired. Chill dough. In a small bowl mix remaining package of jello with sugar. Remove from refrigerator and prepare cookies in strawberry shapes and roll in jello/sugar mixture.

You can add chow mein noodles for stems along with green powdered sugar leaves for decoration.

These cookies are fun for weddings or holidays. Try different flavors of jello and make them in egg shapes for Easter, pumpkins for Halloween or Christmas balls for Christmas.
