1 cup ground dates
1 1/2 cups chunky peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
6 tbsp margarine, melted
1 package butterscotch chips
1 square white almond bark

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dates, peanut butter, powdered sugar and margarine. Roll into balls, about the size of a walnut. Press the top of the ball to form an apple shape. Refrigerate until firm.

Melt butterscotch chips with almond bark. Remove the apple balls from the refrigerator and dip in the melted butterscotch mixture and place on wax paper.

Decorate with green powder sugar frosting leaves for interest.
