2 cups cream
flour
1/2 cup scaled milk

Directions:
Directions:
Slowly simmer cream for 20 minutes. Add flour gradually, stirring constantly, until very thick. Add scalded milk. Pour into a casserole and bake in a 300º oven until butter comes out. Serve with cinnamon and sugar.
