2 (7.5 oz) cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup minute rice
2 tsp grated onion
1 lb ground beef
2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp marjoram
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tomato sauce and water. Combine rice, beef, egg, onion, salt, marjoram, pepper and 1/2 cup tomato mixture, mixing lightly. Shape into about 18 meatballs. Place in skillet. Blend sugar with remaining tomato mixture and simmer 15 minutes, basting occasionally.
