1 1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp cocoa
3 cups milk
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp + 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, blend sugar, cornstarch, salt and cocoa. In a measuring bowl, mix together milk and eggs. Slowly add milk-egg mixture into saucepan containing sugar mixture. Heat over low heat until pudding comes to a boil and thickens. Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla. Blend well. Pour into dessert dishes or a ready-made graham cracker crust.

Chill for 2 - 3 hours before serving.
