1 T. oil
1 1/2lb. boneless beef sirloin, cut in strips
1 lg. green pepper, cut in strips
1 jar (14oz) Pace mexican creations roasted onion
and garlic cooking sauce
12 flour tortillas (8") warmed
chopped tomatoes
shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet over med.heat, heat oil. Add beef and cook until browned, stirring often. Add pepper and cook 2 min. stirring often.
Add onion & garlic cooking sauce, heat to boil
simmer 5 min.
Spoon beef mixture into tortillas and top with tomatoes, cheese and sour cream/wrap up.
