1 c. Michigan wine vinegar
1 T. sugar
1-1/2 T. flour
1 T. semidry Michigan white wine
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 large egg, beaten
6 oz. sour cream
2 c. olive oil
1 tsp. sugar-free granulated orange drink (Tang)
Salt and pepper

Combine vinegar, sugar, flour, wine and mustard in a small saucepan. Heat to simmering over medium heat. Gradually whisk in the egg and sour cream over low heat. Whisk in the oil in a steady stream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and pour over salad.
