1 cup olive oil
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1 garlic clove or 1 tsp. minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Cut pheasant into 1 inch cubes. Pour marinade over pheasant and put in refrigerator for 8-10 hours.
Wrap bacon around pheasant and grill.
