2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 c. sour cream
3 c. shredded Monterey Jack
1 c. taco sauce
20 sm. flour tortilla shells

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and add seasonings and sour cream. Add 1/2 cheese and 1/2 taco sauce; mix well until melted together. Place 2 tablespoons of mixture on tortilla shell and roll up. Place seam side up in 9x13 casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and taco sauce. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and is heated through.
