16 slices English muffin bread
2 - 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1 1/2 c. frozen blueberries, plus 1 c. for sauce
1 doz. eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Cube bread. In 9x13 pan, layer half of bread mixture, half of cream cheese cubes and half of blueberries. Repeat layer. Mix eggs, milk and syrup. Pour over bread layer. Let sit overnight in refrigerator. Bake 350º for 1 hr. or until egg mixture is done.

Sauce:
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 c. blueberries
1 tbsp. butter

Boil sugar, cornstarch and water for 3 minutes. Stir in blueberries and simmer 10 minutes. Add butter.
Pour over french toast after baking.
