1 lb. seasoned pork sausage
1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg herb croutons
2 c. shredded chedder cheese
2 c. shredded pepper jack cheese
1/4 c. sliced green onions
8 eggs
2 c. half & half
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage. Layer in greased 9x13 baking dish croutons, chedder cheese, pepper jack cheese, sausage and green onions. Beat together eggs, half & half, milk, mustard, salt & pepper. Pour over layered ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes.
Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
