8 slices bread broken into pieces
2 lbs cooked, cooled, and cut-up sausage
8 eggs
2 C. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 small pkg. shredded cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk

Directions:
Directions:
Line 9X13 pan with bread. Cover with sausage. In a separate bowl mix eggs, 2 C. of milk, and dry mustard. Pour over sausage. (You may refrigerate this part overnight.) Put cheese over top. Mix soup and 3/4 can milk and pour over cheese just before baking. Bake for 1 1/2 hour at 325º
