1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
2 Tbs onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 14oz can chicken broth
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 t. celery salt
1/2 c. ham, finely chopped
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to package directions only until thawed, drain well. Saute celery and onions in butter until tender,. Stir in flour, add milk,
and broth; heat and stir until thickened and smooth. Add seasonings and drained broccoli and ham. Simmer 10 minutes, stir frequently, add cheese and stir until melted.
