2 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 envelope dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
1 8oz can black olives, chopped & drained
1 sm. jar pimentos, chopped
4-5 green onions with stems. chopped
6-8 lg. flour tortillas
Directions:
Directions:
Blend together the cream cheese and dressing mix until well blended. Add the black olives, pimentos, and green onions. Stir well. Spread on tortillas and roll as a jelly roll. Wrap in waxed paper or store in Tupperware in refrigerator at least 3 hours before serving. Cut into slices and serve.

Jodi likes to make these for our family get-togethers. At Christmas time, she colors the filling with red and green food coloring. That makes it very festive.
