1/2 c plain soy milk or milk of choice
1/2 c plain low fat yogurt
1/2 c fresh or frozen blueberries, rinsed if fresh
1/2 c fresh or frozen raspberries, rinsed if fresh
1/2 c fresh or frozen blackberries, rinsed if fresh
1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
Garnish: two orange slices (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the milk into blender and add the yogurt, berries, and banana. Blend on high speed until smooth. Garnish with the orange slices if desired and serve immediately.
