1 egg yolk
1 Tbsp milk
salt, to taste
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolk into milk. Add enough flour to make a dough stiff enough to handle, but not too stiff. Roll out into a rectangle, flour lightly and roll up like a jelly roll. Slice into noodles, as thin or as thick as you like. Unroll the noodles very carefully and flour lightly. Add to your chicken soup. Cook through.
