2 boxes None Such "Classic Original" Mincemeat with apples & raisins

1 apple diced into small pieces
1 handful raisins
2 unbaked pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Follow box directions while adding the extra apple and raisins to prepare the filling.

Fill pastry lined 8 inch pie pan and adjust top crust and crimp edges. Cut design in top crust. Bake in hot oven 400º for about 35 minutes. Cool.
