1/2 lb. margarine
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups brown sugar, packed
6 eggs
1 - 1/2 lbs. peanut butter
4 tsp. baking soda
9 cups Quaker oats
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 - 1/2 tsp. light corn syrup
1 lb. chocolate chips
1/2 lb. coconut
1/2 lb. walnuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together in the order that they are listed above. Spread on two large cookie sheets. Bake for 20 minutes or until brown. Do NOT over bake! Cut into bars and serve.

This recipe is from the cafeteria at Prudential. If you make the recipe as shown, it will serve a large number of people. At work the bars were served warm from the oven at breakfast time. Yummy!!!
