2 hard cooked eggs, 1 can ( 6 1/2 oz) tuna, drained, 1/4 cup chopped celery, 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste, 1 pkg (8 oz) crescent roll dough, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 egg beaten.

Mash eggs coarsely with fork in mixing bowl. Add tuna, celery, onions, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper and blend well. Unroll dough onto sheet of aluminum foil. Separate dough into 4 rectangles, smoothing perforated lines together. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over each triangle. Divide tuna mixture evenly over cheese. Fold dough over tuna mixture, crimping edges to seal. Brush turnovers with beaten egg. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
