1 large (2-1/2 lb.) spaghetti squash
3/4 heavy cream
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/2 tsp dried sage
salt and pepper
1/4 C Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut squash in half, clean out seeds, put cut side down in micro safe dish, add 1/4 in water and nuke until tender. Cool enough to handle. Pull out squash strands from each side with a fork and transfer to warm bowl. While the squash is cooking, heat cream, garlic and sage in a small pan over medium heat. Cook 10 minutes, until cream is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. Pour sauce over squash; toss lightly until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.

Spaghetti squash is equally good with just butter and garlic salt. Kids don't recognize it as a veggie so that's a good thing.
