6 quail
1/2 cup herb stuffing mix
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp finely chopped green onion
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line 9x13 baking pan with foil.

Split quail down the back and flatten.

Combine stuffing mix, cheese and onion. Dip quail in melted butter and coat with stuffing mix. Place in pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until meat can be easily removed from the bone.
