1 pheasant; cut in pieces
flour, salt and pepper dredge
shortening
1 cup sour cream
3 tbsp dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Coat pheasant with flour, salt and pepper. Brown in shortening and place in baking dish.

In a separate bowl combine cream, soup mix and milk; pour over pheasant.

Cover dish and bake at 350º for one hour or until tender.
