Crockpot Potato Soup Recipe

6 potatoes, peeled and cut into bite sized pieces
2 onions, chopped
1 carrot, peeled and sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tbsp parsley flakes
5 cups water
1 tbsp salt
1/3 cup butter
1 - 13 oz can evaporated milk

Add all ingredients to crockpot, cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours (or on high for 3-4 hours). During the last hour, stir in one can of evaporated milk.
