½ c. brown sugar
2 tsp. flour
2 T. softened margarine
1 T. milk
½ tsp. almond extract
2 cans (8 oz. each) crescent rolls
1 T. margarine, melted
1/8 tsp. almond extract
1/3 c. toasted chopped almonds
GLAZE:
½ c. xxx sugar
2-3 T. milk
1/8 tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, flour, 2 T. margarine, milk and ½ tsp. almond extract; blend well. Spoon mixture into 12 ungreased muffin cups. Separate crescent rolls into 4 long rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. Combine 1 T. melted butter and 1/8 tsp. almond extract; blend well. Brush melted mixture on each rectangle; sprinkle with almonds. Starting at shorter side, rollup jelly roll fashion; pinch edges to seal. Cut each roll into 3 slices. Place cut side down in muffin cups. Bake 375 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately invert onto wire rack.
