6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
butter for frying
sugar (brown or white)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until frothy; add milk and salt. Pour this mixture into flour, slowly stirring constantly. In a skillet, melt butter and pour enough batter to coat bottom of skillet. Cook until top is firm and glossy. Turn and cook on the other side, roll up pancake; cover with the melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Serve hot.
