Loaf of Texas toast, cut into cubes
½ c. margarine (or less)
5 eggs
1 c. milk
2/3 c. brown sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Put cubed bread into 9x13 greased pan. Cut up margarine and put on top of bread. Mix eggs and milk, pour onto bread, making sure all bread is moist. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight or bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Serve with maple syrup, sour cream, fruit, powdered sugar, or anything else that sounds good.
