COOKIE DOUGH:
3/4 cup shortening
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 mashed ripe bananas
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour

ICING:
6 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp cream
4 tbsp butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar together. Add egg, vanilla and bananas. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Drop by tsp on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 350º.

ICING:
Bring brown sugar, cream and butter to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until thick enough to spread on cookies.
