1 (14-1/2) oz. can whole tomatoes, cut up
1 (2.8 oz) can Durkees, divided
2 tsp. Durkee red hot cayenne pepper sauce
1 c. (4 oz. shredded Monterey jack of cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sliced olives
Tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. In greased baking dish combine tomatoes, 1/2 can onions, green pepper and pepper sauce. Break eggs over sauce. Top with cheese and eggs and olives. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until eggs are set. Sprinkle on remaining onions. Bake uncovered 1 minute longer until onions are golden. Serve with tortilla chips.
