6 small croissants - Butter
3 slices American or Swiss cheese
12 thin slices of chicken, smoked turkey or ham
3 eggs
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut croissants in half and butter. Put a half of slice of cheese on bottom of each croissant, then add two meat slices. Put tops halves on. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400 for about 6 minutes.

While croissants are baking, fry the eggs, adding salt and pepper. Before eggs are completely cooked, break the yolks and cut each egg in half and continue cooking. Insert a half of egg in each croissant.
Serves 6.
