Combine flour, soda and salt. In large mixer bowl beat condensed milk, peanut butter, vanilla and egg until smooth. Add flour mixture. Mix well. For each Teddy, shape dough into one 1" ball, one 3/4" ball, six 1/2" balls and one 1/4" ball. On ungreased cookie sheet slightly flatten a 1" ball for body. Place 3/4" ball next to the top of the body for head. Flatten slightly. Place four 1/2" balls slightly overlapping the body for arms and legs and two 1/2" balls at top of head for ears. Place 1/4" ball in the lower center of head for nose. Place two mini chocolate pieces for eyes and one for belly button. Bake 350 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack.
