2 bunches asparagus, washed
1-2 T. olive oil
Coarse grained salt and cracked black pepper

Preheat oven to 400º.
Place asparagus in large plastic bag. Drizzle half the oil over asparagus, seal bag and shake until coated evenly. If necessary, add only enough of the remaining oil to coat asparagus. Place asparagus in a single layer on a cookie sheet, season with salt and pepper. Bake until tender or crunchy depending on your preference, about 12-20 minutes.
