¼ c. softened butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1-1/3 c. crisp rice cereal
½ c. maraschino cherries, drained or dried and chopped
¼ c. plus 2 T. mini chocolate chips
¼ c. pecans
1-2 c. coconut for rolling
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the above EXCEPT the coconut. Shape into 1” balls and roll in coconut. Refrigerate and store in refrigerator.
