1/2 c. margarine
1 c. brown sugar
Spread evenly in 9x13 pan or two 9" round cake pans
No. 2 can pineapple slices, drained, save juice
Maraschino cherries
Pecan halves

On top of the sugar mixture, arrange pineapple slices with maraschino cherries in middle to form pattern, arrange pecans around pineapple.

1 Yellow cake mix

Prepare according to directions on box, except using pineapple juice and water to make liquid required.

Pour cake mix over sugar mixture and pineapple pattern. Bake 45 minutes in 350 oven; invert at once onto a serving plate.
