Ingredients:  
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 small box instant chocolate pudding mix
Mix and bake according to directions on box

Coconut Filling:
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
24 large marshmallows
1-14 oz. pkg. coconut
Put in saucepan and cook until marshmallows melt. Spread on hot cake.

Chocolate Frosting:
1 c. white sugar
5 T. oleo
1/2 c. milk
Put in saucepan. Bring to boil and boil one minute. Remove from heat. Stir in 1-6oz. pkg. chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Spread on top of coconut filling.
