1-1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour milk (1 T. vinegar/1 c. milk)
2 c. mashed bananas
2 c. flour

Cream sugar and margarine. Mix in eggs and bananas. Sift together dry ingredients and add alternately with sour milk. Put in greased or lined muffin tins. Bake 15-20 minutes at 325.

Frost with brown sugar frosting (very rich):

Boil about 3 minutes:
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cream, evaporated milk (milk works too)

Cool and add:
1-1/2 c. - 1-3/4 c. powdered sugar
