2 eggs
1-1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
5 c. chopped Ida Red apples
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Beat eggs well. Combine eggs, sugar and oil and mix thoroughly. Add apples and walnuts. With a spoon, stir til blended.

In a medium bowl, add flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Fold the flour mixture into the egg-apple-walnut mixture. Add vanilla and blend well.

Grease and flour 9x13x2” plan. Pour in the mixture. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes or until done. Serve warm with whipped cream. Makes 15 to 20 servings.
