4 c. chopped apples
2 eggs
2 t. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
Mix and let set for 15 minutes.

ADD:
2 c. flour
2 t. soda
1/2 t. salt

Bake 40-45 minutes at 350.

Boil and pour over top while hot:
2/3 c. butter
2 T. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
Add nuts if you want.

This is an EXCELLENT recipe. Moist and heavy. I usually put cool whip on top with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
