1 pkg Yeast
1 c Butter, creamed
1 c Mashed Potatoes
5 Well Beaten Eggs
1 c Warm Water
1 tsp Salt
1 c White Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix late in the evening with enough flour as for buns (approx. 6 cups) Let stand in warm place until morning.
Roll out dough as for Jelly Roll but spread with melted butter only. roll and seal tight. Cut with very sharp knife or thread. After they have been put into pans let rise about 2 hrs in a warm place.
Bake at 325º to 350º until done.
Spread with lemon butter or icing before serving.
