1/2 bushel tomatoes
6 onions
8 green peppers
3/4 c. brown sugar
4 c. vinegar
4 (6oz.) cans tomato paste
8 T. canning salt
garlic to taste
1 bunch of cilantro
canned black beans*
canned corn*
*use as much or as little as you like

Directions:
Blanch tomatoes and set aside to cool. Crush with your hands when cool. Combine all ingredients except cilantro, corn and beans and cook till slightly thickened - approximately 1 1/2 -2 hours. Then add 1 bunch of cilantro (chopped), black beans (rinsed and drained), and corn (drained). Fill jars and process 20 minutes.
