2 tsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 C heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in cream until the dough forms. Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface and knead until smooth (about 30 seconds). Pat the dough into a 3/4" thick circle. Cut the biscuits into rounds and bake on a cookie sheet at 450º F until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
