2-3 extra ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 t. vanilla
2-1/4 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bananas into blender and puree. Beat bananas, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla until blended. Combine other ingredients and stir in chips and nuts. Add banana mixture. Mix until blended. Bake 350 25-30 minutes. Makes 12-18 muffins. They are DELICIOUS!!
